Sleep: 2-5 am, 5:30-9:15 am

Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled with ham, coffee.

Still congested, coughing up gunk. A minor cold or sinusitus, but I just wish it would be OVER.

Lunch: hamburger, at home, no bread. 16 oz. milk with 2 scoops of whey.

Keep thinking I'll get to the gym, but then I have a coughing fit. Hate this.

Squat:
1 set, 20 reps @ 45
2 sets, 12 @ 115
1 set, 12 @ 135

Calf raise: 2 sets of 20 @ 120

Sled:
1 set, 20 reps @ 90 (plus calves)
2 sets, 12 @ 180

Leg Curl: 3 sets of 12 @ 70

Leg Ext: 2 sets of 8 @ 72.5

Out of energy, went home after that. About 30 minutes overall, I guess.
