Sleep: fitful. Woke up VERY groggy. Most of the aches have been worked out by now (noon) except for neck.
Mood: Not as anxious as yesterday. If the choice is "Fight or Flight," yesterday I was favoring flight. But that urge passes.
Pulled an all-nighter Sunday-Monday, finishing up my term paper just before a dentist's appointment. Have felt like hell every day since. (Note to self: you are not an undergrad anymore. Get organized.)
Breakfast: three poached eggs, coffee.
Lunch: Philly cheesesteak, unsweetened ice tea
Started to feel like a human being for the first time this week about 3 p.m.
Snack: Magic shake

Dinner: Leftover mac and cheese, apple and peanut butter. Later: a Clif Protein bar.
