Okay, back in the saddle again...

Sleep: Most of the weekend, since I got back Friday.
Diet: Not really careful this weekend, starts today.
Stress: Average

So, the question was did a week off make me stronger or weaker. Answer: weaker.

Pushups, situps, bench dips, L-Sits, several sets of each and I was whupped. Started goblet squats, but had no more energy. Even long rest waiting for second wind didn't help.

Irrefutable argument in favor of gloves in the gym, at least in this one instance: when trying to hold an ICE COLD KETTLEBELL!

Omelet for breakfast/lunch, not long before workout.

Ground beef with macaroni and cheese for dinner.
