Today, I go to a real doctor doctor (an orthopedic surgeon). The new news from the doctor doctor is that the constant ache/pain in my left hip is arthritis. Okay.

About the scoliosis he says the brace would be a waste of money. Nothing will fix the curve and there's no way to predict if it will get worse or stay the same. So exercise. Strengthen my core muscles. Keep moving!

(And buy some Alleve.)

NOTE TO SELF:
Even big guys struggle. And even fail. The take-home message is "Don't give up."
