Noticed an odd habit of tapping my left heel on up movement, as if I was keeping rhythm. STOP. Wouldn't be able to do that if my form was right.

Assisted pullups /2 sets/ 6 reps
Leg ext / 2 / 8
Leg curl / 2 / 8
Pullover / 2 / 8 / 45 lbs
Machine rows / 2 / 10
Dumbbell rows / 2 / 15 / 35 lbs.

Other machines as energy permitted. (I still had time on the parking meter, and darned if I was going to waste it.)

Deadlift bar/space was in demand and I didn't have the cajones to ask to work in. Told myself I would come in Thursday morning.
