Didn't make it back to gym to do deadlifts.

My goal yesterday was not to leave the gym until my legs were wobbly, and that I did.

Result: I was very tired and stiff today.

ALSO: last night I had pain in my arms. On the outside of both arms, between the bicep and tricep muscles (I guess). Applied muscle rub and really dug in and massaged it, not knowing what else to do. All better today, whatever it was I did.

1/2 of basics routine (mostly shoulder stuff)

Practiced stretching, back and shoulder moves with Yoga Zone DVD.
