Very little sleep last night. Went to bed around 11:30, didn't fall asleep until around 3:30. Up early for app't at chiropractors.
Jason had me work out with Indian Clubs again, adding rotations in with arms at T-formation. At least, those I can do at home without whacking the ceiling.
Had me work on squat mobility by breaking the exercise down into 4 parts, and moving SLOWLY.
Also worked on Bent Over Rows, just the bar, no weight.
PNF- 2 different. Hip rotators. Glutes.
Lower left back continues to be a problem.
(Note to self: Some days, that guy in the mirror looks older than other days. Being tired probably has something to do with it.)
Worked with foam roller after I got home. Then, a nap.

Am feeling like I need a PLAN and GOALS, as regards both exercise schedule and diet. Where do I want to be six weeks from October 26? Must try to sketch something out. Benching is still out for the time being. Just squat, deadlift and rows?
