Rodney Yee "Garden" set (hip flexibility) 10 minutes

Yoga for Regular guys (20 minutes)
Can't wait until (1) I can do this whole routine without stopping (what's up with that?!?) and (2) I know the routine well enough I can turn the sound off. This guy is obnoxious.

Got to admit, right now, I'm feeling fat and a failure. I'll get over it, but probably not by tomorrow. This has been coming on for a while. (The weather doesn't help. I need SUNSHINE.) My inability to organize my life is a lifelong frustration, but I never give up and eventually I get where I'm going. But I haven't made the kind of progress physically that I think I should have and that's nobody's fault but my own. The little voice in my head that cries "The hell with it" is getting louder, but that too will pass and I won't give in to it. I just wish I could drown that voice for good.

Ah well, tomorrow is another chance, another opportunity.

  1. "Raise your hands to the sky and TOUCHDOWN!!!" Hahaha. At least he doesn't claim to be aligning your chi or anything. I give him major credit for that.
