Wednesday and Thursday, nada.
Today, with the gauntlet thrown down, I started dealing with my car at 9 a.m. Not a shovel to be had in PG County. Anyway, called AAA to charge my battery while digging out my car with my hands, feet and whatever else I could find. Some physical exertion involved.
Anyway, time spent at the car repair place getting a new battery (plus oil change while I was there), left me just enough time to eat something (omelette, coffee) before heading over to the Garage. No time to get home, change into sweats, get notebook, etc.
On the plus side, I didn't run out of energy and, even though today's session lasted over an hour, I didn't notice. On the minus side, my shoulder still hurts and prevents me from doing some awfully simple things.
There is no reason why I can't spend 15-30 minutes first thing every morning doing these stretching and rehab exercises. No reason at all. There are no class conflicts (except homework I should have done the night before, of course). Still, I said I would.
The most exhausting part of the day was the drive home. Gridlock on University Blvd.
