Sleep: 2-7:30 am

Feel sore in new places in my back. What did we do Sunday to cause this, I wonder? If I had to describe it, I'd say that it's as if I once had wings (HA!) and someone had ripped them off. Sort of a V-shape pattern (as if my back had a V-taper!). Something new, anyway.

Chiropractor's appt. @ 9. Got both shoulders worked. And had my stability ball reinflated. Woo-hoo.

Breakfast: coffee and bagel with butter.

Lunch (@ 4:30): large ceasar salad with chicken.

Nap: 6-8 pm.

No workout today either. Want to (a) stop hurting* physically and (b) stop coughing. Hopefully tomorrow.

* "hurting," as in "stiff and sore."
