Sleep: midnight to 7 a.m., clenched jaw while sleeping, went back to sleep from 8-9.

Feel crummy.

Breakfast: oatmeal with milk, dried fruit, coffee.

Lunch/dinner: Orange chicken, no rice. Seltzer.

Still feel crummy. Hoping going to bed early will kill this cold -- if that's what it is -- quickly.

Couldn't sleep. Tried some yoga with DVD.
