Sleep: 1:30-4 a.m. Just lay in bed, no sleep. 4-5 sleep, but bad dreams. 5-8 actual sleep. Went back to bed for two more hours.

Breakfast: three eggs scrambled, 8oz. milk and whey.

Allergies have kicked in. Or it may be the start of a summer cold. Rest today or workout?

Lunch: very large green salad with lean ham, yogurt dressing.

Snack: Orange juice and buttered poppyseed bagel (slighty stale, but that doesn't change the calories).

Dinner (@9:30, after class): Club sandwich, unsweetened tea.

Was going to at least do some yoga today, but cold-thing is getting worse by the minute. I'm just going to take a sleeping pill and try to get a solid eight hours.
