Sleep: 1-9 am

Breakfast (out): coffee, bagel

Lunch (out, around 3:30): Orange chicken, soft drink.

Nap

Finally had a day stressful enough, that going to the gym seemed like a relief.

Row: 3 min./2 min./3 min./2 min., alternating with fast (walking) laps around the track.
