Woke up late, just time for coffee before dentist's appt. @ 11.
Lunch (out): 3-egg omelet with meat and veggies. Rye toast, some of the hash browns, iced tea.
Dinner (out): Black pepper chicken, Broccoli Beef, LoMain, Water.
Pre-gym: 8 oz. whole milk, with whey.
Rowing: 3 min./3 min./3 min./3 min. 1.5 mile fast walk around track (between sets)
Tried singing in my head in order to ignore the timer. Most songs are 2-3 minutes, even longer if you sing them while rowing because they have to be in 2/4 time. Seemed to help. Maybe I'll remember my iPod next time!

Snack: Apple with peanut butter.
