Sleep: Woke up between 8:30, tired as if I didn't sleep enough or well. Not sure.
Breakfast: oatmeal with milk, raisins. Coffee.
Snack: Orange juice, muffin.
Lunch/Dinner (around 4): (out) Orange Chicken with lo mein. Water.
Fell into a deep sleep around 5, found it very hard to wake up later, around 7.
Noticed I have actually worn a groove in my foam roller. Need to buy the tougher kind.
Note: Don't forget about box squats.
