Monday, April 19

Sleep: Adequate. Woke up in the middle of the night, disturbing dream. Went back to sleep until 7:30.

Mood: Almost human. Very little coughing now.

Breakfast: Coffee with milk, three egg whites, 1 whole egg, scrambled.

Lunch: (out) Don't ask. Okay, burger.

Worked some on shoulder exercises with my smallest kettlebell, holding it in different ways as I did. Left side barely managed. Should probably do more, and every day.

Speaking of which, what the hell is wrong with me that I can't manage a half hour a day, at home, no matter what?

Dinner: Likewise don't ask. Okay, pizza. With chicken as the only meat. A small concession to health.
