Sleep: had trouble getting to sleep, then woke up every 2-3 hours, hungry. Finally gave in and ate a protein bar about 6 am. Woke up again at 9:30. RAVENOUS.
Breakfast: Bowl of steamed broccoli, three poached eggs (two whites, 1 whole)
Lunch: Cheeseburger,no fries.
Dinner: Fried chicken, iced tea.
