Woke up, drank a cup of coffee, and fell back asleep.
Lunch: Three eggs (one yolk), bowl of broccoli, 16 oz milk.
Snack: Smoothie King thing.

Dinner: 1/2 order orange chicken, extra broccol. Veggie egg roll.
