Week 2 of 12/Day 2

Sleep: Slept on the air mattress, the change was good, slept deeply, but also dreamed extensively. Don't remember details, just that it was epic. Woke up more or less refreshed.

Mood: Anxiety level through the roof. If my box springs weren't sitting on the floor, I'd be tempted to crawl under the bed and hide. WTF?

Breakfast: 3 eggs (1 yolk), coffee.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich, iced tea

Snack: Protein shake

Dinner; Big salad with chicken.

1/2 gallon of milk throughout the day.

This should be a "rest" day, I suppose, but HAD to go to the gym. Would like to thnk it was the start of a good habit, but more likely its avoidance of work.

Gym: 25 min. starimaster/Rowing 10 min./5 mi. walk/10 min. stairmaster (ramped up)/.5 mi walk
