Breakfast: 3 eggs (1 yolk) poached, hash browns, coffee
Lunch: Hamburger, iced tea
Workout
Dinner: Ginormous salad-in-a-bag from Costo, with one chicken breast (poached -- in lemon juice. Yes, lemon juice!)
