Week 8 of 12/Day 2

Monday, July 19

3 eggs, with cheese and yogurt. Coffee

Bacon Lettuce and Tomato sandwich. Iced tea.

Apple.

Weight: 191.4 (BF 27%)

Compare to 4/17/09: 188.2 (BF 25%)

To ERC: 5 min rowing @ 215/500km (give or take three minutes either way), 5 laps fast walking, 5 minutes on the stairmaster, and then nothing. Exhausted.

This is just embarrassing.

Part of me thinks I'm taking charge of the rest of my life by endeavoring to be fit and flexible and part of me thinks I'm an old fool who's trying to achieve what he never had and never will.

Memo from the positive side of me to the negative side: SHUT THE FUCK UP.

Dinner: Lemon Chicken. (Yes, Lemon Chicken!)
