Sleep: Well, I tried. Went to bed early but sleep wouldn't come. Finally fell asleep between 3 and 4, so needless to say the 6 a.m. alarm was just shut off. Will try again tonight.
Breakfast: Eggs with spinach and red pepper, coffee.
Lunch: grilled chicken with mushrooms and red onion.

Squats -- Didn't pile up much weight or many sets. Used to be able to do more than this. Will have to get back in practice,
Guy on the next bench was lying face down doing dumbell flys. Have to remember that for next time.
Anyway, ran out of steam and came home and slept some more. Not much left to the day by then.
Dinner: another 1/4 of this morning's fritata. Cut up an apple and mixed with greek yogurt. Later, a piece of cheddar cheese.
