Sleep: Well, slightly better. Had to be up and out of the house by 10 a.m.
Breakfast: Farmer's omelet, rye toast, iced tea.
Lunch (out): 1/2 serving orange chicken.
Snack (around 5 pm): 1/2 serving orange chicken.
