Friday, September 10

5 min rowing @230/ .5 mile fast walk/ 5 min rowing @230/ .5 mile fast walk/

10 minutes stairmaster. Worked up a bit of a sweat, nothing major.

Parking lot was blocked off, very annoying. Had to pay at the metered spaces.

Left arm keeps twitching at a point midway between my shoulder and my elbow. Don't know what the heck that's about.
