Sleep: 6 hrs. Frickin' sleeping pill didn't work last night. It's noon and I'm just getting revved up.
Diet: Back on the plan. Okay, only breakfast so far...
Stress: Plenty. Or if would be, if I let myself stop and consider what needs doing. Gym first.
Okay:
Squats
Pullovers
Biceps curls
Triceps extensions
Knee/Leg lifts
Left leg and butt cheek feel better today. Must have really stretched them Thursday further than they'd gone before. Sunday was painful.
Came home, ate a salad with chicken, and fell asleep for three hours. Not good. Got to get this stabilized.
Ab roller at home: still get caught at the shoulders, so I'm just rolling forward until I'm flat on my stomach, then getting up manually. Which makes it a shoulder and forearm exercise, but I guess I have to start someplace.
