Week 6 of 12/Day 7

10 min. rowing, same rate

1 mile fast walk

Lat pulldowns 100 lbs. 4x8

Pullovers 40 lbs. 3x12

Hanging leg raises

Squats -- various wts and reps, until I started to feel blood sugar dropping fast (light lunch)

Measurements (for future comparison):
Neck 17"
Chest 47"
Bicep 14"
Waist -- Feh! (The folks at Levi and Lee are lying.)
Thigh 20.5"
Calf 16"
