Week 3 of 12/Day 2

Sleep: Mixed, some at night, some in the afternoon.

Still waking up too late for breakfast and not eating until noon. Six small meals a day thing still not happening. Am drinking milk, though whether or not I get to a 1/2 gallon a day also varies.

No exercise today, although I planned to practice get-ups with light weight.

Also: "LET GRAVITY WORK FOR YOU" Dept.
A foam roller video on YouTube suggested turning the roller until its aligned vertically with the spine and resting on it for several minutes "to open up the chest." Not sure I want to "open up" anything chest-wise, but it does feel good on the right side of my spine when the muscle tend to cramp.

While I'm there though, it occurred to me to practice the wall slide movement. Gravity pulls my left arm a little further back anyway, and it can't hurt to try and increase the range of motion that way. Feels alright, anyway.
