Friday, September 24

Sleep: Okay, feel asleep late, woke late.
Stress: Can't make myself think about it.
Diet: Fair.

WTF? Woke up this morning with my left shoulder sore as hell and my left quad and glute so tight that when I walk, it's just this side of a limp.

Walked and stretched and foam rolled on and off all day, felt almost normal by about 3 in the afternoon, then started to tighten up again around 5. Feel asleep from 6:30-9:30 and going right back to sleep now. Guess I need it.

Workout will have to wait until tomorrow.

P.S. We won't go into what my guts were up to this a.m., but let's hope that's closer to normal tomorrow, too.
