Wednesday, September 15

Sleep: Terrible. Tried to get to sleep without the damn pill, didn't happen til past 3.
Diet: Okay yesterday, slept through breakfast today.
Stress: fairly high. Seems I get my gym and act together for a nanosecond and everything else falls apart.Get my school act together, and the gym and diet go. Agh!

On the plus side, getting dressed this morning, I stopped to look in the mirror and wondered what that new move (for chin-ups) actually looked like. So I raised my arms over my head and mimicked the move. And lo! Little mini-lat type things. Never had those before. Probably never moved like that before in my entire life. So, yay. More of same, please. Bat wings, here we come.
