Sleep: Fitful and not enough
Stress: Considering today is my 57th birthday, not bad.
Diet: Not quite right, hit the gym this evening with low energy.

15 minutes on stairstepper, "fat burner" program, level 5.

A couple or three minutes rowing, and I was wiped.
