Sleep: Terrible
Diet: okay, but not very hungry
Energy:dragging (see sleep)
Stress: medium
Went to ERC.
Row 5 min/ walk .5 mile/ row 5 min / walk .5 mile.
Bought food for the week, so more planning and less impulse. That would be good.
