Diet: okay
Energy:almost other people's normal
Stress: medium high

Went to ERC

Pullovers
Concentration Curls
Incline Press with dumbbells
Leg raises
Lat pulldown
Triceps machine

Ten minutes on the stairmaster. 45 min-1 hour in all.

Last week was a total write-off. I'm going to try and make this week a good one.
