Sleep: Next to none.
Diet: Not paying attention.
Stress: High

SLEEP and DIET, Jim. SLEEP and DIET.

In order to lose this excess fat, you've got to stick to a diet that you can live with forever.

Likewise, you need to reduce stress, with some kind of relaxation, meditation, or something. Sleep is also necessary.

The sleep is needed for energy and to build the damn muscle strength I say I want. Must find a way, preferably non-pill.
