Exercises I Actually Like

Sleep: Solid 8 (took a pill)
Diet: Don't remember.
Stress: Low

Okay, my lower back's a little stiff, but that's okay.

My left shoulder is killing me, and my left hip and hamstring. The hamstring feels just this side of a pulled groin, and I can't sit at the desk for any length of time to work. Can KNEEL at the desk, but that gets old.

Found a way to work the inside of the thigh on the foam roller. Looks absolutely obscene, I'm sure, but it helped a little.

The left hip and hamstring discomfort has been fairly constant, to one degree or another, for some time. The left shoulder is functional, but certain movments catch me off guard and hurt.

THOUGHT: I must spend more time stretching and warming up. Not on Patrick's time, but much, much more than I am doing now, I think. I'm impatient, but I think that at my age is obviously essential. I may have to live with some shoulder problems from here on out, but there's no reason I can't get my hamstring to relax.
