Sleep: Not enough
Diet: Not paying attention
Stress: Medium

Still exhausted from deadlifts Thursday.

Warmed up with push-ups (3 sets 15 each), dips, situps.
Shoulder wouldn't allow scap pulls.

Zercher squats, 3 sets with just the bar and the smallest bumper plates.

Biceps curls with empty bar, just for the hell of it.

THOUGHT: I think, on one of the days I come in alone, I need to find a weight that's just heavy enough and practice deadlift form. Life with the WHOLE body, from the feet up, back tight the whole way, until the movement is imprinted so deep it comes almost automatically.
