Went to new chiropractor today, just off Rhode Island Ave. near Greenbelt. Can't help with my shoulders (his training is different from Doc. Horwitz) but can with my back and hip.

Took my 2008 x-rays from Syracuse with me, but he wanted to shoot new ones. He took NINE. It's a wonder I don't glow.

Stopped by P.'s right after but all is chaos there at the moment. Was going to try ERC but all that deep massage and spinal adjustment left me feeling slightly nauseous. Lay down at home and fell asleep for several hours.
