Exercises I Actually Like

Only exercise this weekend: went for a long walk with a friend just to get outside. Walking -- like bicycling -- doesn't burn many calories or build any muscle, but I need to keep moving if I do nothing else.

Some back pain (mid-right) but not bad.

Once again had to give up sitting in a chair and kneel at my desk to type in order to be pain-free. Ridiculous.
