Okay, back to the chiropractor for more.
Broke out my "Yoga for Back" DVDs, but found that to be frustrating. At least, temporarily. First you need a mat. Okay, I've got a mat. Then you need a folding chair. Okay, I've got a folding chair. Then you need a second folding chair. Damn. And a bolster pillow. Fresh out of those. And a small rug that can be folded. ACK.
