Exercises I Actually Like

Another visit to the chiropractor. Feels better walking, at least. The lift in my left shoe seems to help. (Another reason I guess I'll never wear vibrams1 Oh well.)

The routine is: I lay on an automated massage table for ten minutes. I want one of these things! (A mere 5k.) Then he puts me on the adjustment table... some more massage trying to loosen up my back. He tries to make adjustments while I'm face down, then I turn on my left side, he sort of folds my right side over and crunches, then we repeat that with my lying the other way. Neck adjustment, always noisy and difficult. I just can't relax into it.

Then we go over to this other apparatus where my thighs are strapped down while my lower back -- in a kind of sling -- is elevated as high as I can stand it for ten minutes. Then ice and walking on a treadmill for ten.
