Exercises I Actually Like

Zero steps forward, ten steps back.

Took x-rays from chiropractor in Syracuse (3 years ago) into new guy. He digitized the back view and compared. And yeah, the curve is getting worse.

I'm thinking -- and this is probably obvious -- that Zurchers and Goblet Squats are the best thing from here on out. Pulling the back muscles together rather than pressing down on the spine from the shoulders.

And, besides, I can barely hold a bar across my shoulder. This chiropractor has nothing to offer me in the way of helping with my shoulder flexibility. I'll keep on with the tennis ball massage on my own.

MUST work harder to loosen up my quads and calves. They're just as tight as they were a year ago. More and harder foam rolling? So kind of stretches I don't know yet (or have been shown and forgotten)?
