Breakfast: 3 eggs, fat-free refried beans*
Lunch: Homemade chili, some walnuts
Dinner: 1/2 lb. ground beef, slice off turkey meatloaf I made tonight
Apple with peanut butter

Exercise? Well since I started working at Hornbake, there's the walk from car and back. That's something. Then I lift a LOT of boxes, mostly full of books or magazines. Still not enough.

* Okay, if seeing "Fat-free half-and-half" in the supermarket drives me insane (since milk and cream are DEFINED by their fat content), then why doesn't "fat-free refried beans" (obviously just cooked and mashed beans) bother me?
