Breakfast, 3 poached eggs, coffee
Lunch, Big head of broccoli, steamed
Apple with peanut better
Dinner, 1/2 lb. of ground beef
No bread in the house. Shopped for food to carry to work this week.
No sugar (easy enough), no deep-fried anything (not so easy), no grains. Let's get this thing started. Again.
[Below] I'm all for foam rollers and myo-fascial release. But these suckers look like torture instruments.
