Sleep: Been getting plenty, but the dreams have been nightly and truly weird.
Diet: Shameful
Stress: Improved on the scholastic side, but still no job in place for the Fall.
Okay, finally stepped on the scales tonight. Not as bad as I thought it would be, but nothing to be pleased about. Bad enough: 197 lbs. (23% bf)
Doc visit end of last month. Routine labs (blood counts, sugar, liver, kidneys, etc) are all normal. Cholesterol is 184, with an HDL (good cholesterol, should be >40) of 33, and an LDL (bad cholesterol, should be <130) of 110.
Had quit using the Androgel for a time, and testosterone came in low at 244. So back to slathering on that disgusting stuff every morning.
Doc say the pain in my left leg -- outer and inner thigh -- is probably a pinched nerve. I said no amount of foam rolling or stretching seemed to help, only walking did any good. He said, "Keep walking. Walk more." So, okay.
Back on the wagon (exercise and diet) starting tomorrow, I swear. Even if only one of those 15 minute videos. No damn excuses.
