Sleep: about 5 hours. Restless dreams.

Breakfast: 3 poached eggs, yolks and all. Coffee.

Lunch: Garlic Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Water.

Carb attack again at 4 p.m. Ice cream (only 300 calories!), coffee

5:00 Hungry still. PB&J on whole wheat. Put pork loin in oven.

8:30 Pork turned out okay. Had two slices. Rest for dinner this week.

11:30 Half-sandwich (ham). Apple.
