
Sleep: About 6 hours
Breakfast: peanut butter on whole wheat toast, coffee
Lunch: brown rice with mixed veggies, mandarin (grilled) chicken (no sauce), unsweetened ice tea. Ate half with eat other half a a couple hours.
2:30 Other half.
Close to 4 p.m. Now's the time of the weekday when I want something sweet. I'm practically jonesing for it. I'm chugging ice water to try and drown the urge.
Broke down and carbed out on the last raisin bran muffin. 430 calories!
Dinner: 1/2 steak. No veggies.
Late: popcorn. Later still: apple.
