Epply. Not crowded, but the guys here are monsters tonight. Much dropping of heavy weights.

Legs have been very sore since Tuesday. Walking so much on Thursday helped a good deal.

Squat
3 sets of 12 @ 115 (couldn't do more. Still stiff.)

Sled
2 sets of 12 @ 140.

Leg Extensions
3 sets of 12 @ 62.5

Cable row
2 sets of 12 @ 60

Back extension
1 set of 12

Leg ups
2 sets of 12 mixed str8leg and bent
