Slept 7pm-midnight Saturday pm, 4:30-7:30 am Sunday, 8:30-10:30 am Sunday
Breakfast: oatmeal with milk and dried fruit
Lunch: two eggs, refried beans (no fat), salsa, steamed spinach
4 sets @ two minutes each. Couldn't get past the two-minute mark. Back pain in the usual place.
Walked between sets around the track, for a total of 1 mile. Tried running, but ran out of wind. Knee pain.
Snack: Tall unsweetened ice tea and slice lemon pound cake.
Dinner: Chicken meatloaf
