Monday, April 5

Sleep 3:30-8am. Left shoulder sore on waking up.

Breakfast (out): scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuit, coffee.

Moved 5 heavy boxes from my apt. to the car, from the car to Second Story Books in Rockville, to several locations around the store before and after they bought them. Not a workout, but heavy lifting.

Lunch (out): turkey club sandwich, unsweetened ice tea.

Sleep: 2:30-4:30 pm. Lower back pain, stiffness.

Hamburger (just hamburger, no bread or anything else) for dinner. Tried broiling it. What a mess.

No other exercise today.

Went to bed just before 11, still awake at quarter to 1 am.
