Exercises I Actually Like

Came to the gym about 6. Got through all my warm ups -- 4 sets of 25 sit-ups, 4 sets of 15 pushups, chair dips (uncounted), goblet squats (not that many), and a chinup or two before wiping out. There has got to be a solution to this energy problem.

All my blood work had come back negative for anything. Not diabetes or pre-diabestes. New theory is my head meds. what's that old Sherlock Holmes saying? "When you have excluded all that is impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth."

There has to be some REASON for this continual lack of energy. It's just not normal to sleep as much as I do.
