Haven't worked out since last Thursday...

If it's not the head meds causing the lethargy, then it's depression. But I don't feel depressed, or more precisely, any more depressed than usual. Depression is supposed to be anger internalized, and anger would be handy in workouts. But who or what would I be angry at? Well, me, of course.

Off to workout shortly: BOTH shoulders hurt, my guts are giving me fits (six weeks now), and I generally seem to be falling apart.

Workout was barely adequate. Spent most of an hour just warming, working on 100 situps and 100 pushups, so hooray for me. Almost made one chin, and did a couple of scap pulls. Some goblet squats, nothing remarkable. Totally pooped out on deadlifts, too, dammit.
